ACCOMMODATIONS

ISTANBUL

In istanbul our accommodation is split between 2 apartments, with 5 private bedrooms, 5 bathrooms. Taras and I will also occupy a shared room in the flat. 

CAPPADOCIA

In Cappadocia our accommodation is a cave house with a history of 150 years. It has the traditional architectural features of Cappadocia. The stone house, which is in the form of a mansion. Rooms for this accommodation are double occupancy. 

Middle Eastern Lamps

The payment towards your Turkey trip can be paid out monthly or in full. There are 4 payment options:

1. Pay full amount 

2. Pay a one time deposit of $250USD followed by 2 payments of $550USD, and a final payment of $450USD

3.Pay a one time deposit of $650USD followed by 1 payments of $450 USD, and 2 payments of $350USD

Sign ups will stay open until the trip is full. If you are joining the trip late simply pay your deposit to confirm your spot on the trip and catch up with your remaining payments by October 9th.

Prices are based on double occupancy – this means you will be paired with another solo traveler or a friend of your choice. You can also opt in for a single room.

For Turkey 2021 our accommodation is split between 2 flats, with 5 private bedrooms. Taras and I will also occupy a shared room in the flat. (Images shared above)

Please note: You also have the option to choose preferred payment dates. Once you have paid the deposit we will be in touch to discuss payment dates for the remaining balance if necessary.

Pay Deposit

Once you are ready for the adventure pay your deposit. Once your trip is confirmed log into your account on our website and stay up to date with the latest info for your upcoming trip! You will also have access to our trip group chat where you can meet & connect with the other travelers. You will receive monthly payment reminders and updates leading up to departure with everything you need from a finalized itinerary to travel guides, a packing list and more!

Pack Your Bags

Arrive and get ready for an adventure! Our suggestion would be to look for arrival time in the early afternoon as check in starts at 2pm. Arriving early means, you will have more time to settle into your hotel and explore! Our welcome dinner starts in the evening at 6pm, this is where the adventure officially begins!

  • Are men allowed on group trips?
    Yes, men are allowed on our group trips if accompanied by a woman. Our group trips are for likeminded individuals from all walks of life to connect. We encourage everyone to come with an open mind and ready to meet new people in a comfortable enviornment. Our trips vary in living accommodation styles and sometimes this means double occupancy, where two people share one room with double beds. Our goal is that everyone feels comfortable. You can also opt for a single room which will result in extra fees.
  • Can I come alone?
    Come solo or bring a friend - its completely up to you! Our group trips are specifically designed to connect travelers together so that you no longer have to wait on friends to travel. Even if you come alone, you will have a tribe to adventure with, and leave with new friends from all over the world!
  • What's included on the trip?
    Inclusions vary based on the trip and depend on the country but each experience is designed to ensure everything is handled from the moment you land utill you head back home. This means that we handle your accommodations we only book accredited hotels, airport transfers, activities and more to ensure you have a stress free experience.
  • What does double occupancy mean?
    All prices listed for our group trips are per person, double occupancy means you will be paired with another solo traveler of your choice or with a friend. Single occupancy means that you have your own room - typically there is an additional cost for a private room which varies based on the trip.
  • Is there an age requirement?
    We welcome travelers of all ages 20+ to join us on our group trips."Age ain’t nothing but a number"! For our private experiences we curate trips for a variety of age ranges.
  • What if I miss a scheduled payment?
    We understand some months can be harder than others. You are allowed to miss one payment; you just cannot skip the first or last payment. If you need to skip a payment send us an email and let us know! All payments must be completed by the final payment deadline to ensure your spot on the trip.
  • I'm hesistant to book my trip because of Covid-19
    We’ve got you covered by ensuring all of the money you pay towards your trip is protected in the event that your trip is cancelled due to the coronavirus or related events. We provide free and flexible trip transfers to a new trip fo your choice whenever you are ready to travel again.
  • What is your cancellation policy for trips not affected by Covid-19?
    AMENDMENTS & CANCELLATION You can cancel or amend your trip up to 60 days prior to trip departure. Any differences in trip costs between your original and new booking will still be applicable. You can cancel your trip up to 60 days before departure and get your money back, excluding the deposit amount. Your flexible deposit will remain attached to your profile and can be used to book a new trip whenever you're ready. If your trip is running as planned with no travel restrictions affecting you from attending the trip If you wish to cancel then the following cancellation penalties apply: Payments made after your deposit: Cancellations within 30-60 days of your departure date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total amount paid after the deposit. The remaining 50% balance will be applied as a credit towards a future trip. Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled departure date or less are subject to a 100% charge of the total amount paid after the deposit.
  • What if I can no longer attend the trip?
    It is a commitment to bring these experiences to our guests as we plan months in advance for your arrival. When you make payments towards your trip we in turn make payments to our vendors for your accommodations, activities and more, hence why we need advance notice if you are going to cancel your trip. For cancellations please provide us with at least 60 days notice. We provide solutions such as free and flexible trip transfers, credits for future trips, and more when we are given early notice of cancellation. Unforeseen situations may present themselves to our guests and for those circumstances, situations and occasions we HIGHLY recommend that you purchase travel insurance for additional protection.
  • How do I protect my trip if something unforseen happens?
    We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance - this ensures that you are insured should unforeseen complications occur like severe weather or medical emergencies. We recommend World Nomads travel insurance but please make sure to research travel insurance companies on your own to make sure that it suits your needs and coverage requirements. If natural disasters were to occur and we determine that the tour is no longer safe for passengers, we will cancel the tour and provide flexible refund options and trip transfers.
  • What is the group size?
    Group sizes maybvary, however we currently are only accepting groups of 4-10 people.
